  Christy was great with me. She not only gave me a treatment that gave me great results but she was also was humane and helpful with one of my skin condition she discovered. Went to doctor later on and it turned out to be melanoma. Doctor removed it completely and I think Christy saved my life

  I had an excellent experience at The Retreat Aesthetics & Vitality Center. Denise Russell was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every step of the process, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding, and the entire staff created a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. It’s clear that Denise genuinely cares about her clients and strives to provide the best possible results. I highly recommend Denise Russell and The Retreat Aesthetics & Vitality Center to anyone looking for high-quality aesthetic and wellness services. I’ll definitely be returning!

  Christy did my microneedling and I had such a great experience. She really took her time, made sure she covered every area on my face carefully, and never made me feel rushed while making sure I was comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about doing a great job and making her clients comfortable. I was so happy with the experience that I already booked multiple sessions ahead. Highly recommend her!

  Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here and I would strongly caution anyone considering filler treatments at this clinic. In a period of only TWO WEEKS, I was injected with 10 vials of filler, including 6 vials of Voluma. Any experienced injector knows Voluma takes time to settle, yet more filler continued to be added before the previous product had even integrated into the tissue. This was my first time getting filler so I was unaware of the danger and was reassured I needed it. The end result was an overfilled, unnatural appearance along with hardness, migration, swelling, asymmetry, and significant issues in my chin and cheeks that I am now having to dissolve. It took months for the issues to arise but they did. What concerns me most is that when I reached out to the injector because I knew something was wrong, I was not offered prompt help or urgent follow-up care. I waited weeks while the situation worsened and ultimately due to the swelling had to seek help elsewhere. More reputable and experienced injectors typically take complications seriously and bring patients in immediately to assess concerns. I had to undergo multiple rounds of dissolver to correct the damage caused by excessive filler placement in a very short amount of time. Please research carefully, get second opinions, and keep track of how much filler and exactly what type of filler is being placed in your face over time. I wish I had.

  Not only is the esthetics of the entire building amazing, but the people who work there are always so pleasant and kind. I have just started their HRT therapy for my severe menopausal symptoms and I HIGHLY recommend anyone struggling, (men or women), to look into investing in this treatment. Danielle and Dr Vaughan have taken such time and care into listening to my concerns, and the best part is they truly want to help improve their patient's wellbeing! If you have exhausted all other options and are still continously struggling with menopausal symptoms or low testosterone level issues, please consider contacting them for a consult. I've never felt the compassion that I feel when I sit down and talk about my concerns. I've also done microneedling, filler, laser hair removal, diamond glow facials, and I have nothing but excellent reports from my experiences here. Self-care is something I've never highly prioritized, but when you not only have excellent results, but you feel such good rapport after the first visit it makes you want to continue to come back and give yourself a little love.
