  I typically prefer Sephora over Ulta due to cleaner samples as I do not want to waste time or money blindly choosing. In this area though it is much preferred to go to Ulta. Much kinder staff who seem to actually use their products and a wider selection. When we went to this location kids were running around spraying perfume endlessly. So we thought when staff were converging it was due to them. We were also ignored when trying to ask where something was due to their little secret service duties that they were being very obvious about. When I finally found someone to speak with they were very short and abrupt to the point that we believe that they were actually coming in on us. Either way we did not feel welcomed nor did we get much help when looking for what we needed. It is fairly obvious why you rarely see anyone in this store anymore other than those shopping at Kholes and happen to pass by to waste time.

  Came in Thursday looking for a foundation that matches my shade, asked for help since my shade is very hard to match. Dreama helped me search for the right shade with lots of effort and kindness doing her best to find what matches my shade. after numerous attempts we finally found one that meets my shade and is full coverage. She was very patient and sweet the whole time! Even helped me again to find powers.

  I went here to shop for new foundation and get color matched. Nena was so helpful and kind! She explained all the different types of foundation and helped me choose the best one for my skin tone. Great customer service!
