  They have the cutest and most helpful young lady named April at the Barboursville location. She was very knowledgeable about all their products.

  I called the Barboursville location last week to see if I could do an even exchange without a receipt an I was told with out a doubt yes. The lady on the phone was incredibly nice and told me that this would be okay and just to bring it to the store. I came in today and the red headed middle aged lady told me that wasn’t true at all and she couldn’t help me. She was incredibly rude and just slid the product back across the counter to me. I also cannot say much as I had an attitude after she came off so rude to me. She made me feel like a total idiot and she needs to work on her customer service.

  Kendra was absolutely fantastic! I came in for foundation recommendations and she expertly found me 3 perfect shade matches. I am going to come back! Best experience I’ve had at a beauty bar.

  Terrible customer experience on may 2nd 2025 at 5:20pm. Young blonde girl working counter was very rude & laughed in my fiancés face when asking a question about a birthday reward that the app tells you to go the store for. Absolute embarrassment working the counter, also seemed to be giggling with their manager after being rude. I can see why Sephora is losing sales now.

  The girl who helped me in the store, she had blond hair and French braids at the top of her hair, was an angel. She was so sweet and didn’t make me feel judged or anything, if anyone deserves a raise it would be her. She was an absolute sweetheart unfortunately I didn’t get her name.
