  Bought this eye liner for almost $30 only for it to break and be unusable. Sephora refused to let me return or exchange. Cheap product and total ripoff. That's ok, I'll get my $ back eventually ;)

  Terrible customer experience on may 2nd 2025 at 5:20pm. Young blonde girl working counter was very rude & laughed in my fiancés face when asking a question about a birthday reward that the app tells you to go the store for. Absolute embarrassment working the counter, also seemed to be giggling with their manager after being rude. I can see why Sephora is losing sales now.

  The girl who helped me in the store, she had blond hair and French braids at the top of her hair, was an angel. She was so sweet and didn’t make me feel judged or anything, if anyone deserves a raise it would be her. She was an absolute sweetheart unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

  Employees are rude. They act like it's a chore to help you with questions on products etc.. Definitely would not recommend or shop there again. Go to Ulta, much better customer service.
