    I am fine with wait times, but when the computer says 8 minutes wait and you wait for over an hour, there needs to be a reworking of the software. I would have made other arrangements had this been remotely accurate on wait time.

    Not for me, wait times are too long. The online check in does allow you to "get in line" without being there, but then you need to monitor the wait time to know when you do need to actually be there.
