- MCMegan CaudillAug 12, 20261.0Drove 1.5 hours to the Dells so my 17 year old niece could do back to school/ birthday shopping. She had a list and when we got to Sephora, we were asked if we needed help... she said no, she knew what she was looking for. When she got to the area, Colton came up and began to tell her the brand she wanted was garbage and to get something else. She said she didn't like that brand and he said, "why, what's your argument?" He continued to harass her repeatedly about it. He was pushy and overbearing. I've been letting her handle situations because soon she will be in the world on her own. She finally said, "why are you trying to ask me that when this is he expensive? Do you not want me to spend more?" When he checked her out, she had the birthday gift and he talked down to her for what she chose. Then on the way out she saw the prime sample pack where you buy the testers and then pick your favorite for a full size bottle. Upon getting home, all the testers were half empty and leaking. We will not be returning to that location.
