  Terrible customer service in Sephora

  This Sephora has poor customer service I went like a month ago when a young lady with glasses and a another young lady was working the lady with glasses completely ignored me at the check out with her back turned. and she was texting or on her phone whole time she looked like she was the manager and when I needed a assistance she rushed me I approached the other young lady and she helped with no problem think her name was Cori but not sure but they need to do better in their store I have like 50 new Sephora account because they keep signing me up for something I already have an account for I think they just sign people up without their permission. 1 star

  I use to work at this Sephora location and it was the worse experience of my life! The team lead Kaitlin gave me a very hard time and I think it was because of my race! I was literally sick and called in once. I followed proper procedures and called in several hours before my shift. She answered and told me it would be an occurrence towards me in a very loud voice! I felt as though that was very unprofessional and that she should have told me that in person. Secondly, she told me I looked like a Native American when I tried on Huda cosmetics due to the tone looking too orange/ red on my dark skin. Again, I was humiliated. When we were around management she acted as if she was excited for me to be apart of the Sephora West Allis team but when I was alone she picked on me several times as if I wasn’t doing my job. I put in my two week notice and decided to stop coming in altogether because I was afraid of her finding out and bothering me. I plan on taking this complaint to the next level. Kohl’s and Sephora claim they don’t tolerate discrimination but when this was bought up to management no one did anything. I will say that the other team leads and girls were great and I will miss them!
