- YYYuliMay 2, 20261.0Yesterday I had the worst customer experience at this location. The staffs were unprofessional, unfriendly, and turned their backs on customers multiple times. Me and my friend saw couple individual lines forming in the store because the only checkout line was getting long so we were waiting in line for one of the individual employee lines to free up. I’ve been to this store before so I know individual employees could help checkout on smaller devices if you are paying with credit cards. Got yelled at by an asian lady who works there with a very annoyed tone like we were inconveniencing her job asking “whether I was sent by the front”. I’ve been a rouge member for over ten years and yesterday was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Sephora store. If this is what Sephora stands for now, then I’m at loss of words.

When I finally got the attention of one of them she was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I was talking Russian to my aunt and she thought I was talking about her and said she didn't like our energy! That has never happened to me before and im 50 years old!

Very frustrating to drive so far only to show and find out the employees close when they feel like it instead of the posted time.
