- JNJessica NelsonJul 10, 20231.0Not sure who felt the need to rudely question my son being left in the car by mentioning “I seriously was going to steal him” not one but twice-for your information, the car was on with a/c, the doors were locked and I had the extra key fob with me. The comments were not made in a “he’s so cute I want to steal him” sort of way. I chuckled at the awkwardness I felt because your tone felt very accusatory. I was in the store no longer than 2 minutes. If this was meant to be a joke (which I truly don’t believe), then you have a weird sense of humor. Absolutely gross behavior.

- AHAngie HigSep 8, 20171.008/25/18 experience : I knew the store was about to close at 4 I got there at 3:50. I drove 50min to go to salon centric instead of cosmoprof which was only 30 mins away. I needed color and perms was gonna look at any deals in styling products. When I walked in she gave me a look of disgust. She said we close at 4. I quickly went to the color and grabbed what was on my list. While I was doing this she locked the front door. Then I went to the big sexy styling products. I asked about the sale. She then rudely said for me to bring my basket up so she could ring up my stuff because they were closing in 5 mins. I brought my basket up and let her start checking me out while I went and grabbed some perms. Her voice was very rude and so were the faces she was making. I have never been so rushed in this store or any store before. Not to mention the fact that she locked the door before 4 and I heard someone trying to open it. I have reviewed this store before and gave them 5 stars and said how friendly the employees were.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
