- KCKim CarpenterApr 18, 20261.0My directions for my haircut were as follows: the width of your finger all over my head for length and no razor to trim. Razor was used and it is very uneven. I prefer a cosmetologist on Cottage Grove Road in Madison who gives the cut you ask for, but I didn't have the time to drive that far. Very disappointed, again with my haircut being so uneven. Now I will have to pay for another cut and go even shorter to have it all the same length. Just follow directions. I was the only customer in the store. I will return tomorrow and asked to have it evened out. I tipped $10 on a $21 cut. There is no excuse for not doing what the customer asks of the cosmetologist. Very sad about this.

Can't beat a $9.99 haircut these days! Edit*** -- unfortunately, my experience today (4/8/26) at this location was very disappointing. I took my son in today around noon to get his hair cut and the job was awful. His cut lines were very uneven at his neck and there were areas where his hair was longer than the surrounding hair. It barely looked like his hair was cut other than the jagged areas on his sides. It took her only 5 minutes. I was honestly shocked but felt bad and still tipped her. I don't like confrontation, so we just paid and went on our way. I had to fix the entire haircut when I got home. I really hope the manager sees this and gives this woman some guidance. I haven't even went to beauty school and my haircuts look better. Sometimes I like paying for the convenience but this was just a waste of my money and time.
