  We’re out of state and ended up coming as walk-ins. Even though the schedule was mostly booked (because WOW this place does an incredible job!!) they gave us the available options, checked us in, and within 10 minutes set up was ready and she got to work! Staff were so friendly and welcoming (Shout out to Brianna! She was our tech and did such a lovely job!) tech gave us options, talked though different ideas and was very thorough and attentive to detail throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend anyone in the area to book!

  I’ve been coming here for 6 years and most the techs are great but my appointment hasn’t started on time in well over a year. For my last pedicure they called to move my appointment out 15 minutes which was fine but I got there on time and proceeded to wait another 40 minutes. Then the tech did a terrible job. Set up a time to get my polish fixed (which was an inconvenience to have to go back and take time out of my evening) then they pushed that out 15 minutes and I ended up canceling it. Then today when I came for a manicure I had to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Their scheduling is awful and I’m looking at other places similar to polished to go to
