  I had such a wonderful experience at this store today. I called ahead to see if they had a certain product in stock and Jane was immediately helpful. When I stopped in, she knew she had talked to me earlier! I was greeted and welcomed, but not aggressively so. After stocking up on a bunch of staples (best prices I’ve seen on a ton of great products—way better than Sephora sales!!), I received another coupon for more money off and two SUPER generous free gifts: a full-size tom ford tinted lip balm and Jo Malone perfume ($36 at Sephora, free at CCS!) I was super impressed and look forward to continuing to do business here. Thank you, Jane!

  Hi, For many years, I have received the best customer service from the best team in Wisconsin. In particular, Jennifer, Jane, and Mayling make the Pleasant Prairie location worthwhile to visit. They make you feel very welcome as soon as you walk into the store. I've seen that every employee provides outstanding customer service! They deserve a raise! LOL :)

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Gold Standard of Cosmetic Company Stores TL;DR: Outstanding service from both Jane (graceful, intuitive) and Mei Ling (spunky, equally exceptional) makes this location feel like a high-end beauty counter — with outlet prices. I’ve been shopping at the Pleasant Prairie Cosmetic Company Store for years, and it truly sets the bar for what a beauty outlet experience can be. The service here feels elevated, consistent, and genuinely customer-focused — something you almost never find in outlet retail. From my very first visit, Jane has stood out. She’s graceful, intuitive, exceptionally knowledgeable, and has a natural ability to understand exactly what a customer needs. Her recommendations are thoughtful and tailored, and she manages to make the entire experience feel calm, informed, and quietly luxurious. Over time, I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Mei Ling, another long-standing associate whose service is absolutely on par with Jane’s — both are equally attentive, equally knowledgeable, and equally committed to helping customers find products they’ll truly love. Between the two of them, shopping here is effortless and genuinely enjoyable. The store as a whole reflects that same level of care. It’s welcoming, well-organized, and consistently staffed by people who clearly take pride in what they do. I may come for the discounts, but I return — and drive out of my way — for the experience. If you love beauty, skincare, or haircare and want luxury-level service with outlet pricing, Pleasant Prairie is the location you want. It’s hands-down the best Cosmetic Company Store experience I’ve ever had.

  A very 'pessimo' customer service, they are very rough and charge me very quickly. my experience was that they were charging me 92 dls of more in the products and they tried to confuse me and consider returning everything !! An employee who speaks Spanish who for some reason does not bring their names in her clothes was very rude saying that was speaking in my language, it was a pretty strong situation..., she forgets that she is employed and put words trying to make feel that does not understand, as I will understand if those who were working speak English as a second language. I asked her not to talk to me like that and she argued that I ignore her, she was not taking care of me and I asked her to shut up, that Hispanic lady is a person who does not have the capacity to work with clients! I have 30 years working with clients and I would never talk to a customer like that. she tried to intimidate me saying that she was going to call security and of course I did not intimidate myself because in the end they were stealing my money making double charges. "Reaction to her was the same for her attitude, she should work in a place where don't have to talk to the customer. Or maybe he's bothered by his own race!!
