- KSKen SackMay 30, 20211.0When you call to make an appointment you get an answering machine. How can your call be important to them if they don’t answer the phone or call you back. When I did get to talk to a person she she was polite. Two days later I got an email that said my appointment was canceled which I didn’t do. I went in person and talked to someone and they said it was canceled because the girl didn’t do updos I asked for it to be styled I was charged for an updo. I am not sure how they are till in business. I would never go back since all you get is a run around Dorothy

Shes super professional, personable, but funny and makes an appointment feel like visiting an old friend. Who else likes when their roots grow out so they can go see their hair girl again? Not you? You are seeing the wrong stylist! 🤣 I think I found my stylist for life. 🤗

The ends of my hair were already pretty light so she just applied the color to my roots...MY HAIR BROKE OFF WHERE SHE STOPPED WITH THE COLOR. My hair that was past the middle of my back is now about three inches long in most places and even shorter around my face. As she pulled the foils off all my hair came with it and she offered me a free deep conditioning treatment...like that was going to help. This has been the worst hair experience ever!! Oh also the stylist in the chair next to mine, who also had a customer ,was busy talking to my stylist about who she had slept with.
