While I was testing perfumes, an employee deliberately gagged behind me and whispered to her coworkers as if I was some huge inconvenience—for doing exactly what the testers are there for. She even announced she needed to “leave,” which honestly makes me wonder why she works around fragrances at all. You were already loud, so the whispering was pointless and honestly embarrassing. Employees were too busy talking about Bridgerton to notice customers needing help—or how painfully low your inventory is. And yes, it’s as low as the standards for the employees here. I couldn’t even ask for assistance until they finished their conversation. Judging by other reviews, this behavior isn’t new. Management should address both employee conduct and basic customer service immediately.
- IRIsabel RetrumFeb 15, 20251.0I was very displeased the second I walked up to the counter to check out. Not one, but two employees walked past me with very unfriendly faces. I came to inquire about returning an item, and in return, I received the worst customer service experience. Each one of the ladies(there were 3) were very unprofessional and handled my situation very immaturely. These workers lack basic skills that retail employees require, and it very displeasing when there are multiple other reviews saying similar things. As someone who has worked in retail over 5 years I would like to say I am a very understanding person, but being flat out rude to customers for absolutely no reason is not something I can understand. As someone who loves sephora, I don’t think I will ever come back to this sephora given that these ladies lack professionalism and were extremely rude when speaking to me.
