  My husband and I have been here for several couples massages now. We absolutely love this place. The ladies are professional and really target your trouble areas. I appreciate how they ask if the “pressure” is enough or too much. The atmosphere is always calming and the heated tables make a huge difference in the winter. Definitely recommend!

  This place is wonderful, all of the staff are polite and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Their ability to work the knots out is phenomenal.

  First time ever getting a massage and they made it a great experience the massage was amazing will definitely be coming back soon definitely feels good having a beautiful woman giving you a message Lucy was amazing did everything just right I feel amazing had so much pain in my body especially my feet and legs now they feel amazing 10 out of 10

  Had a nice experience at Q-Spa today! I was entering the Door Meeting with Jenny and Lucy both Professional, smiling, and Friendly and we’re answering all my questions.I decided getting 60 minutes with Reflexology and good deep tissue , also awesome my Feet were so much better . Coming out to the lobby after the Massage Jenny once again greeted me and made sure I enjoyed my Day at Q-Spa ! Thank you, Jenny and Lucy:) Bring your friends! 😄

  I had a good massage overall, but I was disappointed by the billing process. Before the massage, I requested that the session focus on my head, neck, back, and upper body only. I was told this would cost an additional $10, which I found confusing since I was requesting LESS than a full-body massage. I told the lady I don’t want lower body and she kept insisting full body which made me uncomfortable. When the service was completed, the extra $10 charge was not listed on my receipt. I paid based on the receipt and left a tip. Afterward, I was told that I still owed the additional $10 and was asked about it after I had already tipped. My main concern is the lack of transparency. If there is an additional charge, it should be clearly explained and itemized on the receipt before payment and tipping. Being asked for the additional $10 after I had already paid and tipped put me in an awkward position, as it felt like I had to leave more money after I thought the transaction was complete. Clear communication about pricing would have made for a much more comfortable experience.
