  Morgan definitely did an exceptional treatment and hair cut on my daughter’s hair. Her natural color popped out SO much after the treatment. My daughter loves her new haircut, with a huge smile and selfie pics! Brooke also waxed my face and eyebrows, without an appointment even and offered to help me out with eliminating a little facial hair! They were so kind and courteous and helpful and amazing to us - treating their first time customers with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this salon for any hair, nail or skin or massage needs! Keep up the amazing work, ladies and it really shows that you love your jobs there! We will see you next time! 💖

  Unfortunately, my experience here was so poor that I won't return. All the recent 5 star reviews are because they have a promotional bingo game that includes writing a positive review as a way to earn a bingo and get free stuff. Their pricing system is a joke. I booked a full foil and cut. When booking online, the exact stylist I had quotes $79 for the foil and $31 for the cut. Wrong. She charged me $100 for a Balayage, $31 for the cut, and $19.58 for Salon Scale. When I asked why I was charged for a balayage when I booked and received a foil, she said it was because she did a "foilage" technique. I did NOT ask for that. I was NOT told that her personal choice for how to foil my hair would add another $21 plus the additional $20 scale charge. I also opted for toner because my usual stylist (at a different salon) uses it. I knew this would cost extra but $34 seems excessive. I was prepared for a less experienced stylist, but I wasn't prepared for a nearly 3 hour appt (foil and cut normally takes me 2 hours tops and that results in leaving looking better than when I walked in, which wasn't the case here). I told her it usually takes 20 min under the dryer, but she said using the dryer was "old school" and less healthy. However, after sitting in the normal chair for 10-15 min, she had to put me under the dryer because, as I said, that's how my hair works. So then I sat under the dryer for another 20 minutes. Then the toner took another 20 minutes of sitting (my usual salon it's maybe 5 min). I'm glad I brought my book because I had a lot of time to sit and read! Now for the results. Had my hair looked great, I would be less frustrated by the bait and switch pricing and the time suck. However, my hair looked nearly the EXACT SAME COLOR. I showed her multiple images multiple times of myself with the hair color I always get. I told her the exact color information my usual stylist told me (she knew I was going elsewhere because she was booked). She said the lighting was too different in the photos (one was a professional headshot for work) and she had no idea what my usual stylist (of 20 years) meant. Not only was the color wrong, but my hair wasn't even fully dried when I left. Certainly wasn't styled. It was like she just gave up. She asked if I would change anything for next time, but I honestly just wanted to leave by that point and not go into the cluster that was this experience. I waited a month to post because I didn't want it to be a reactionary review. Even after a month though, I'm still upset. I won't return for hair services. I've had a massage here once, and that was a positive experience (hence 2 stars instead of 1), but absolutely won't return for anything related to my hair.
