  Ordered lip gloss and they sent the wrong color. Like not even close to what I ordered and I only had 2 items in my order. When I returned it in store there was no apology of any kind just an "I never heard of that color I don't think we.carry it" (she didn't check inventory or shelves). Oh well it was overpriced lip gloss anyway.

  They almost never restock any shelves with any product, so they NEVER have what you are looking for. No employees to be seen or found to ask for help either. Don't waste your time and go to the actual stand alone Sephora store in Mayfair Mall.

  Love the location however limited help here. And I waited in the front to checkout for 10 minutes as no one was there at one point. One of the employees was very pleasant when I first arrived but she disappeared. The one that finally checked me out was not very pleasant. But I’m there for the make up. Maybe it will get more professional in time.
