While I had three separate appointments for three kids, my son had to wait 25 minutes past his scheduled appointment time while his two sisters were already taken back. I asked the receptionist after fifteen minutes if she could check with his stylist to make sure she knew he was waiting. She merely looked at her screen and said his stylist was finishing up without checking in person. Then we proceeded to wait another ten minutes and no one checked on us. I had to go back up and demand that she go back and see how much longer it would be. It appeared to be disorganized and ill-managed as there were others waiting for their appointments, as well. Very disappointing.
