- JSJulie SSep 21, 20261.0I've hated that this is smack dab in the middle of the store since it opened. Odd placement taking up good chunk of the middle. I had never been in it until today. I was trying to color match some old concealer. I found the product on my own that I was interested in. Two workers and no offer to help. I started opening samples and wiping them on a white paper I brought with a smudge of my old product on it. I had concealer all over my hands and still nobody asked if I needed help. Finally rudely I was asked if I needed help. I said yes, im trying to match this. Wow!! I got zero help and really was made to feel stupid for trying. Absolutely no help when I needed to clean my fingers off. Perhaps if I was approached upon arrival someone could have shown me where the free swabs were so I didn't have to use my fingers. I didn't purchase anything because of the rudeness. I'll go elsewhere for the same product. Does kohls really wonder why sephora isn't doing well? I was the only customer in there!
