  I was gifted a deep tissue massage, and I had the pleasure of having La Toya as my masseuse today. She was the perfect person for deep tissue work! She is so strong but also very in-tune to your experience as she's working. She was very courteous in checking in with me when she was working on problem spots. She found problem spots that I didn't even know that I had! We found a good rhythm of her digging in, me breathing and her checking in with me. It was a very successful session. Thank you :)

  From dull, over-processed, and an overall hair disaster to a total bombshell color correction. I walked in knowing this was going to be an uphill battle, and Christiana, the salon manager, was honest and realistic from the start. We talked through my goals of getting my hair back on a healthy journey, what that process would look like, and I showed her a few inspiration photos. I told her to take creative license where she needed to, as long as the health of my hair came first. Needless to say, she absolutely nailed it. She took her time and had another stylist, Bella, assisting her, who was an absolute joy to be around. What impressed me just as much as the final result was watching Christiana mentor Bella throughout the appointment. She explained not just what they were doing, but why they were doing it, turning my color correction into a hands-on learning experience while never compromising on the quality of my service. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish and created such a welcoming, relaxing environment. I left not only loving my hair but feeling genuinely cared for. I would recommend this spa and its salon services to anyone who will listen. Leadership like Christiana’s, a commitment to ongoing education, and a talented team that’s eager to learn and grow are exactly what set a salon apart. If you’re looking for professionals who truly care about both the health of your hair and delivering beautiful results, you’re in excellent hands.

  Wonderful massage by Laura. She is amazing. Truly a gifted person. She recognized my daughter had a lot of stress going on and immediately addressed all of her concerns. Lovely person.

  Had a couples massage booked for our first wedding anniversary and when we show up they inform us they’ve had issues with online booking process and it just deleted reservations?? Which sure I guess happens but my husband even called and confirmed the appointment beforehand..the woman working the front desk was very nice and got us rebooked but just sort of a lame on the part of the spa that they didn’t have a better way to handle this
