- SKSarah Elizabeth KissellDec 23, 20252.0It’s an okay Sephora at Kohl’s overall. Mainly upset that the person checking me out asked for email and didn’t let me put my phone number in. Email must have been entered wrong (she spelled it wrong after I said every letter and I told her the fix but she apparently didn’t do it) as the purchase was never recorded in either account. I got my Sephora points due to help from their customer service but my purchase amount doesn’t count toward my yearly spend for VIB status. And nothing counted toward my Kohl’s account. Won’t be back since they apparently can’t tell when an email is wrong.

He helped my mom and I find serums, hair masks, perfumes and was very knowledgeable in all departments. Idk what you’re paying Theo now but this employee needs a raise.
