Ruined Mother’s Day gift from the kids.
My kids bought a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. She never used it but Sephora refused to let her exchange it because she was TWO DAYS past the 30-day return window.
Terrible experience, terrible customer service, terrible policies.

I had such a wonderful experience with Mari at Sephora - I can't recommend her enough! I had a guest from New York City who was looking to get new makeup and from the moment we walked into the store, Mari was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in helping us find products that worked for us. She took the time to do a thoughtful skin analysis for each of us, carefully considering our different skin types, concerns, and preferences before making any recommendations. It never felt rushed or like a sales pitch for different items - she was patient, thorough, clearly very knowledgeable, and wanted us to leave happy. Mari went above and beyond, spending a generous amount of time with us (approx. 40 minutes) and making sure we left confident and excited about our purchases. I am grateful for her expertise and kindness, and will absolutely be seeking her guidance again in future visits!

I love Sephora and I love having this Madison location! I enjoy stopping in to browse and see what’s new. However, I have to be honest, there have been multiple times where I’ve walked into this store and felt profiled in a sense. Some employees give stern or unpleasant looks, and at times it feels like I’m being followed around the store. It can feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which is disappointing. No one should ever feel looked down upon or out of place while shopping.
That being said, today I had an AMAZING experience working with Mirabella. She is truly one of the most incredible retail associates I have ever worked with anywhere. She is kind, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable about products. She really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect items. Her attention to detail was unmatched, she made sure I felt confident and excited about everything she helped me pick out.
She makes the shopping experience so pleasant and welcoming. She truly makes it feel like you’re shopping with your best friend. I cannot recommend her enough and genuinely wish more associates at this store brought the same warm, positive energy she does. Mirabella is a huge asset to this location.

I recently visited the Sephora - Hilldale Shopping Center location and had the pleasure of being helped by Luz. She truly went above and beyond! She took her time answering all of my questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed. On top of that, we had such a wonderful conversation along the way. Her kindness and professionalism made my visit so enjoyable.
