I witnessed her interactions between her and a stylist checking out who was referring to a discount she normally gets, and after explaining who she spoken to and why she receives it the red head refused to help or look into it further and laughed at her and then lied about being able to see anything in her account l. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE SEEN HER TREAT A CUSTOMER POORLY. I will never spend money here again. I will only go to west side store. At least they know their products and what’s on sale! I can’t give just a half star or I would!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
