  I and my 2 yr old daughter had piercing done here. We had the best experience of the piercing as well as after service . The nurses and overall staff is very diligent in their work, friendly and understanding. 100% recommend this place !!!

  Rowan is the place to go for all ear piercings 100%. Let me start out by saying I have incredibly sensitive ears that have not reacted well to piercing in the past. I got my first and second piercings done via piercing gun, which resulted in 1 & 1/2 years of infections each time. I got a needle piercing on both ears getting my thirds done today and had a wonderful experience. We were immediately checked in and taken back to the chair, being greeted with enthusiasm and knowledge. Our nurse was incredibly helpful and accommodating to my requests, also patient answering all of my questions. I felt little to no pain after the piercing and redness went down within an hour. Life changing experience. Another positive, they are very accommodating to large families/groups. Worth every penny to get pierced at Rowan. These are obviously professionals who are well versed in their work. Book now!

  Got a few piercings this week and had a great experience! Nurse Nicole was so patient (I was indecisive about placement of the earrings) and all of the staff is incredibly kind! Process was really quick and it’s so fun to pick out the jewelry. I love my new piercings!

  Don’t do the gun! I got my seconds done in February 2025 and the environment was very clean and sanitary! The nurses were very nice and let me check placements multiple times. I got the gun, which was my first mistake, and it traumatized one of my piercing. I am extremely careful about my piercings when I get them and made sure to clean them multiple times a day for the first month or two then went down to once a day cleanings till it was healed. I have a piercing pillow and make sure not to rough-house them when sleeping. Point is: I am a very careful person. Over a year later, the piercing is not healed and is extremely easy to agitate. I think this is because of the gun used to pierce it. I’ve seen a lot of other people say that the gun did the same thing to their ears and that their holes were permanently traumatized because of this.

  Went to get my ears pierced with my bestie for her birthday! The nurses did a great job & the staff were very friendly! They offer a great selection of jewelry at affordable options. I recommend this place for anyone looking to get a piercing. I love my piercings! 💙💜
