  Let me start with my review doesn't concern this location. I actually have had nothing but great experiences in store! Particularly this location. They are pros at being mindful and aware of what has caught your interest, and what you might vibe with based on that. Also, very friendly and welcoming. Always a great experience when shopping at the Hilldale location. I have been a long time Lush consumer and fan, talking decades. I'm not a huge tech person, don't really care to download apps, so I never had the Lush app. Recently I downloaded the app as many of the Moomin items were app only. So, I got the app, placed the order for the entire collection. Feel stoked. A few days later I'm near this location, and me and my pal stop in and even though I think "lets just look! I've got a big order coming".. I do end up leaving with $73 worth of items. When checking out, the rep asked if I had the app, and now that I had it, I said yes...pulled out my phone, and showed it to them. To their confusion, the Lush Club tab was not present. They mentioned I might need to update. I explained that I just downloaded the app days ago, and I checked for an update just in case...nope! I just say oh well and move along. Later that same day I check the app and huh.. the lush club tab is there. So I enter in all the same information I had to in order to process an order through the app... and send an email to the customer care team explaining my situation.. had the app, no option to sign up, thought I had by placing an order via the app, made an in-store purchase...etc. Just asking if I could have my very recent $250+ worth of purchases applied to rewards. I get a response stating that it is AI. I don't love that, but it also says that my inquiry is being passed along to a rep, please provide order numbers. So I give my order number and even a screenshot of my in-store purchase. Days go by, I don't mind, it's being reviewed by a human. I got a response after a few days and...it states it is AI, that it is my sole responsibility to make sure I am signed up, nothing can be retroactively applied, ticket is resolved and don't respond unless I "like one sided conversations". I don't like being treated this way, nobody does. Beyond the points, the two AI responses and the finger pointy response...yuck guys. I will enjoy my Moomin collection items, and the fall items I picked up in store. And will not be returning to Lush in-store or online.

  I wish I would have gotten the girls name that helped me, but she was amazing! So kind and welcoming. They have lots of fun bath bombs. Store is nice and neat! I will be back!

  The service was really great and I had an amazing experience! Mariah specifically was very helpful and I will definitely be coming back!

  My first time at this location, second time ever being to a Lush and Megan and Mariah were OUTSTANDING. Mariah was soooo friendly and helped show me around and thanks to her I found everything I was looking for. She even included free samples!!! They were so kind and helpful, I will definitely be back 🫶
