- AAAudrey4 days ago2.0Staff was all very friendly but the spa itself is very outdated and definitely not worth the high prices of services. The spa waiting area leather chairs are peeling and it feels like a doctor waiting room, the women’s sauna whirlpool and steam room area also just feels like it is from a low end gym not a deluxe spa experience. I got the therapeutic massage and it was fine, just honestly not enough pressure applied and I did not get any relief in my problem areas from it.l even specified I liked lots of pressure and which areas to target. Just pretty disappointing. Also it’s strange that there are fitness things going on at the spa like boys playing basketball and such. Needs lots of renovations and improvements, it just looks a bit old and run down everywhere sadly.

My facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep and the pedicure polish is so nice! My haircut looks amazing and I even found new hair products to use! The pricing was comparable to other places I have looked.
- CEChristine ElizabethApr 27, 20261.0I love the Well Spa at the Pfister, but this one was a huge disappointment. The spa area is rather worn and dirty. The robes are short and not very cozy. The water offered had paper cones rather than actual cups. The treatment room was absolutely freezing. I made several mentions of how cold I was. I couldn’t wait for the massage to end. The saving grace was going in the sauna to warm up afterwards.
