  I had an amazing experience. Christina and Sam did my services and they were seriously the sweetest women that made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time! My facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep and the pedicure polish is so nice! My haircut looks amazing and I even found new hair products to use! The pricing was comparable to other places I have looked.

  I love the Well Spa at the Pfister, but this one was a huge disappointment. The spa area is rather worn and dirty. The robes are short and not very cozy. The water offered had paper cones rather than actual cups. The treatment room was absolutely freezing. I made several mentions of how cold I was. I couldn’t wait for the massage to end. The saving grace was going in the sauna to warm up afterwards.

  5 stars for my actual service and technician, it was fantastic-I had a hydrating facial. However, I was pretty disappointed in the facilities and service. This is a very nice resort, expensive with a high end vibe. But the Spa…..there is nothing high end except for the price. They need a complete overhaul of the spa. It is not a place where you’d want to hang out and relax to use the amenities. They have some cute products in their waiting area- for locals they have some lululemon staples (nice find) and nice products for your skin.

  "spa" is a significant stretch. While it may have a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. the quality and cleanliness is severely lacking. The hot tub water was brown, and the wood on the outside of the sauna was withering away with mold present. The lockers were dated and damaged. The robes were in very rough shape. Every robe had pilling all over. The layout of this spa is very poor, it's very small and compact, making it very crowded. You can tell there have been no updates made to this facility. When we arrived we were taken for a "tour" only to be left in the locker room, it wasn't until 30 minutes in, after just standing around, we learned there was a lounge and relaxation room. There was no convenient way to access this room. We were taken to it through doors labeled "staff only" The massage itself was severely underwhelming. She basically rubbed lotion on me for 50 minutes, there was no skill or technique to the massage. Overall, it was just a very disappointing experience. I will never return or recommend this spa
