I got the relaxation massage from Patti over the weekend, and she made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the service. She was super friendly, calm, and professional. I highly recommend Patti if you’re going to get a massage at Well Spa. It was a great experience!

The actual massage and treatment was fantastic. It was very confusing as we had booked a couple's massage and were immediately split up into the men's and women's respective locker rooms. There are no shared spaces other than the sitting room, so we couldn't use the hot tub, steam room, or sauna together. The communication was lacking in what we were supposed to do before our massage, and I wish we would have been guided more about what we should do. Overall the places was nice, just a little dated for the price.

Please note: I provided feedback directly to the spa in January immediately following the services, leaving my phone and email contact, but never received a response. My husband and I were guests at the Well Spa in January of 2026. We each had one service (Facial with Oneta and a Massage with Chloe). Both services were wonderful and relaxing. There were a few incidents during our time at the spa that warranted constructive feedback. First, in the women’s locker room, there was a group of women who were loud and rowdy. That’s fine, I moved to the pool to enjoy some peace and quiet. Upon moving to the tranquil room before my service, they were audible somewhere in the spa area to the point where multiple employees came to apologize for their behavior but the issue itself didn’t seem to be addressed with the group of women. It’s clear that this space is intended to be quiet for guests, so I’m unclear why this wasn’t addressed with them directly. Second, I made clear in my appointment that I am pregnant. Typically I am offered a bolster and a wedge (like those used for a prenatal massage) to ensure that blood flow isn’t stagnant in my upper half as you can’t lay flat after 20 weeks gestation. Oneta did her best to accommodate but at several points during the service I was uncomfortable due to stagnant blood flow. Last, we were in the lounge adjacent to the front desk. We were trying to pour coffee, but the thermos was out, meanwhile a spa worker was pouring themselves tea but did not offer to refill coffee or go to the other lounge to accommodate, nor did they alert another worker to do so. Overall, for the cost of the services and simply due to the lacking guest experience, I cannot say that I would recommend friends or family to visit this spa.

I've been coming here for over 5 years and the facilities and service have declined. My most recent visit I was apalled to see almost every patron have their cell phone out in areas where guests are scantily clothed. Whirlpool, changing areas and by the showers...Out of about 20 or so patrons present there were only 3 of us without phones. A guest had a phone out in the changing area where ladies were getting dressed; right next to me. I felt violated as I don't know where these photos and videos will go. Blatent violation of privacy. There are signs posted no cell phone use, but the spa attendants do not say a thing. The spa does have areas outside of the spa and changing areas where guests can use their phones. So sad that this facility has gone down so much in quality.

The staff member who checked us in was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. Communication throughout our visit was unclear, and we were never properly directed on where we needed to go for our scheduled services. Before our couples massage even began, both massage therapists made us feel uncomfortable during the intake questionnaire. I was instructed to remove all of my jewelry, and when I explained that one of my bracelets was permanent and could not be removed, I shared that I had received paraffin treatments at other spas before but couldn't recall if I had been wearing the bracelet. I also offered to move it up my arm for the service. Rather than explaining that the paraffin treatment couldn't be performed with the bracelet, the service proceeded anyway, leaving paraffin wax stuck throughout the bracelet. Had this been communicated beforehand, I would have simply declined the paraffin add-on. During my massage, my therapist repeatedly huffed and sighed, which was distracting and made me feel uncomfortable. Throughout our services, the therapists were noticeably loud, and at one point she even laughed, making it very difficult to relax. For a spa that promotes a luxury, tranquil experience, this was disappointing. The facilities were also lacking. The showers were not well maintained or clean. My husband also noted that the hot tub water in the men's locker room was noticeably cloudy, raising concerns about its cleanliness. In addition, another guest was singing loudly despite signs asking guests to keep the area quiet and remained completely nude while using the shared hot tub and sauna, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and far from the relaxing atmosphere we expected. For the premium prices charged, we expected a relaxing and professional experience, but unfortunately, we left feeling more stressed than when we arrived. We have visited many spas throughout Wisconsin and other states, and this was by far the most disappointing spa experience we've had. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and cannot recommend Well Spa. There are many other spas that provide a much more relaxing, professional, and enjoyable experience for the price.
