- JMJo MApr 15, 20261.0I’ve consistently experienced poor customer service during my visits. Staff members often display attitudes and behaviors that feel unwelcoming, which makes each visit frustrating. I frequently find myself wishing I had gone to the Waukegan location instead, even though it’s much farther for me. I recommend providing additional customer service training or ensuring staff members are better equipped to create a more positive environment. Specifically, I’ve had repeated negative interactions with Tracy B. and the tall blonde employee with an accent. Honestly so over this location and the unwanted attitude. I’m a person of color each time I come they always stare like I’m trying to steal makes me feel not valued or good enough to be in the store.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
