- W0was 00May 6, 20261.0So this location rotates its location every 10 years. They were in the big strip mall. Then they moved over to a small strip mall, then they're back in this big strip mall currently. The location they're advertising right now is a vape shop. They are currently buy the Dollar Tree Not by Papa John's. I haven't had a problem with their service. It's just that the location is not up-to-date.
- BLBrian LApr 15, 20265.0I’m a guy that is pretty quiet when I get my haircut. Not really there for small talk. And I normally go to the one on Green Bay Rd but after today this is gonna be my go to even though it’s further away. It’s right next to my laundromat and Gabby is amazing. She saw I was quiet and just went right to cutting my hair. She was efficient and quick and she even fixed the top of my beard which was great. Her movements were that of a barber more than a stylist and I like that. You got a good one with Gabby. Hope to see her next time I come in. I normally tip the standard $5, I know it’s not much more that I tipped but it’s a symbol of my appreciation that I did th next level up. As long as Gabby is there, this is my go to location.

- JRJudith Reid-HartMar 23, 20261.0I really wish I could share an image was in for a womens cut today got home and straightened my hair to what looked like a child learning to use scissors. My "layers" are chopped and are just chunks of hair, not blendable layers. The lomgest layer was not straight and had random long chunks in certain places.I had to go to hair cuttery in gurnee to fix this as all other salons were already closed for a Sunday. I will never be back. What was suppose to be a cheap trim, ended up costing me $70 bucks. I think some retraining could be beneficial.

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
