  If you value your hair, stay far away from Hilary. I went in for a simple trim with clear instructions and a picture for reference: I explicitly stated that I did not want to lose any length. ​Instead of listening, she took thinning shears to my hair and completely butchered it. What was supposed to be a light cleanup turned into a flat, lifeless mess with zero volume left. She destroyed the texture, ruined the shape, and took away all the life my hair had. It’s an absolute disaster. A professional should know how to listen to a client and understand basic technique. Utterly disappointing and unacceptable. Despite this clear mutual understanding, the stylist disregarded the visual reference and cut off a significant amount of my hair, severely over-thinning the back layers and removing far more length than agreed upon. The final result did not resemble the reference picture and caused irreparable damage to my haircut, which will take months to grow out. ​When I contacted management at Gemini Salon & Spa to address this unacceptable result and request a refund for the poor service, they refused to offer a refund or resolve the issue satisfactorily. ​While I understand that hair services involve artistic discretion, failing to follow a clear visual agreement and causing severe physical damage to length and density constitutes a material failure to deliver the service agreed upon. Because the service provided was unacceptable and inconsistent with the pre-service consultation, I am requesting a full refund of $63.75

  Customer service at the front desk from Wendy and Amanda are exceptional. Cianna did my hair and her prices were great and she was so nice I will be back

  Just switched over this year to Gemini after years of going to any place that has availability. The place is clean, staff is great and most importantly they know what they are doing. In my particular case, Hilary, is able to take partial direction from me regarding my haircut needs and put it into something that looks great. I’ve had both long and shorter hair to work with and the outcomes are awesome.

  Wonderful salon, I love Gemini!🥰 I've been coming here for several years and I always get good cuts. The salon itself has an excellent chill vibe and everybody's very professional. Recently had a haircut with Hilary and wow she is absolutely phenomenal!! Thank you, I'll make sure that I book my next cut with Hilary in advance to make sure I can get on her schedule 🌟
