- LBLaysa BratzkeMay 9, 20265.0I am a low maintenance mom, full time caregiver to my disabled teenage boy and a full time student. I do not get the opportunity to pamper myself often. This was a gift from my hubby, to pamper myself before my father’s wedding. I went in with an open mind, but knew I wanted a baylage due to the low level of upkeep. Other than that, I didn’t have any other expectations.. Lexy listened to my concerns of not wanting to give up a lot of length & and needing something that only needs touch ups 1-2 times a year. The outcome was absolutely gorgeous and better than I could have expected!! I will be a long term client now with touch ups and hopefully random once a year spa days from the hubby, trying out other services!! Yes this was pricey (for me) but worth being able to leave my trust in her hands, knowing she could take my uncertainty and tie it into beauty!! She also made sure to educate me on well water and the damage it can do, so she made sure to use my 30% off product coupon to get a metal detox shampoo for less than $25! Thank you so much Lexy- I appreciate your expertise, your humbleness and your edge in creating gorgeous work! I cannot wait for my touch up this summer! 💗

Jennifer and I go way back and I have followed her several times and I'm glad she is at Zoi'A, it's a fantastic match. She schedules time to be thorough and we always confer before the clippers start so she has a clear understanding of what I am looking for. She is great with suggestions and always explains things thoroughly, it's refreshing and professional. The desk staff is always great, the visit starts with a smile and greeting, it's always comforting to get checked in and comfy while I wait to get started. The products that Zoi'A carries are always top quality and up to date with the newest advances in the market, with a lot of options to choose from.

When I arrived home, I noticed part of hair with color not removed. Another part of my hair still showing gray. Will never return.
