  I wanted to wait until I had a few services done at Aglo before leaving a review, and now that I have, I can give some input on my experiences there. First off, the salon itself is very clean and has a relaxing and modern appeal. I feel that the services provided there are great but not like your typical salon. They don't offer full set acrylic, powder or gel nails, nor do they do nail designs, eyelash extensions, or perms of any sort. They do provide a shellac service, which I enjoyed receiving. However, the color I requested was out of stock, and when I asked for designs, they said they don't offer those. The first (hair) appointment that I had was with Natalie who was kind of friendly, who did my hair; cut, color, foils, blowout and style. It did not meet my standards. I felt she was very apprehensive about cutting my hair as short as I requested, almost like she was afraid to cut any shorter than my shoulders. She also put foils in, and they barely looked visible. She barely spoke to me, and the overall price for all of the services felt unreasonable. At the end of the appointment, I had a first-time-$25-off coupon to redeem, but the women at the front desk nearly charged me full price without applying the coupon. I also brought in my husband who has a health condition that prevents him from walking normally, and while receiving my services, he sat and waited in the waiting area scrolling on his phone, minding his own business, and he stated one of the staff was rude to him about being on his phone. The second time I had an appointment there was to receive shellac, and I had brought my husband again, thinking it wouldn't be a problem, but apparently it was, as he stated another staff member was rude to him AGAIN. We definitely do not appreciate the rudeness from some staff there, especially when we pay a very high price for services there. Besides a couple of rude staff members and ridiculously high prices, I do want to give a shout-out to Mak for doing a great job on my (manicure) shellac twice, and Kelsey for the great services she provided for my hair and massages. She is very friendly and pleasant to speak with. I also want to shout out to Jayla, who did my shellac the first time I had it done there.

  Samantha gave me a haircut yesterday. It was EXACTLY what I wanted .she asked me a lot of questions about my hair and my preferences . Really awesome. I really like it a lot :) also I wanted to add that she had me put my head upside down while she added some product and did some stuff to my hair. NOBODY’S ever done that. Anytime I go somewhere to get my haircut they style it or tend to it like I have straight hair and I don’t. So it was nice to have somebody work on my hair who gets it :-)

  Went to get my eyebrows done by Maddie she always does a wonderful job. But from the moment I walked in the door till I left. It was nothing but nice interactions with very pleasant people. Can’t wait to get my haircut next week ❤️

  From the moment I walked in for my color consultation and haircut with Elexa, I knew this salon was something special. The entire experience felt more like a spa than a typical salon visit. The front desk was warm and welcoming. The salon itself is spotless, organized, and incredibly professional. Elexa took the time to really listen to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and worked with me to develop a color plan that fits my lifestyle and goals. She was personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. The experience didn't end when my service was over. The checkout process was seamless, Braelynn reviewed everything with me, and I even received a thoughtful welcome bag of goodies. This is truly a top-notch salon that goes above and beyond to make clients feel cared for. I highly recommend A Glo and Elexa and can't wait for my next appointment!
