  The website was easy to schedule an appointment for the day and time I desired. The entire staff was incredible! From the time I stepped in the door to the time I left, I felt taken care of. We started with a tour and intake forms, a consultation for the treatment that would suit me best that day, and then taken to the area to receive the IV therapy. 🙌 Hands down the best IV therapy treatment I received! Cozy socks, warm neck compress, a blanket, and the massage chairs felt like an amazing break in the middle of the day. My appointment was between a 5k and a wedding, knowing I have heat sensitivity I wanted to support my body. I did not feel sore at all the next day from dancing the night away after a 5k. ✨️ No heat related illnesses caught up with me either! ✨️ I highly recommend getting your next IV therapy treatment here!

  I had a wonderful experience! The massage chairs were incredibly relaxing, and the heated neck pillow was such a nice touch that made the treatment even more comfortable. Mariah, Danica, and Erica were all amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

  5/5 stars!! This place is amazing and Kara Lopas was the star of the show!! I have never been so relaxed, felt so seen, and cared for!! The genuinely care of their clients as people as well! I will come again!!! I put this under Appleton accidentally but tie was suppose to be this place!!! Again I’M SO COMING BACK!!!

  From the moment I walked in, I felt like family! Prime IV Howard not only has a beautiful spa-like atmosphere, but the staff are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and really care about your health and wellness goals!! Everyone wants you to be comfortable, not only during your drip but also with the whole experience. All the drips I’ve gotten have made me feel SO good and I would HIGHLY recommend to everyone!!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

  Had my first session with them yesterday and so far i'm loving it: employees are so approachable. My Nurse Kara and my primary contact Jill have been so awesome, knowledgable and doing really a great job. Appreciate everything! The place is calming and clean as a brand new one. I love how they offer drinks, and the relaxing 30min massage while infusing my chosen drug / drip. I'm glad they are offering these services here in Green Bay as I was really looking for these for the past years. I can't wait to be healthier and look younger soon! I signed for a membership! :)
