  I had an amazing experience at Prime IV Hydration in Green Bay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and generous with their time. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The facility is clean and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

  The girls at Prime IV were super nice, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience way better than I expected. Cool vibes, clean place, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend :))

  Had a great experience with very caring staff. They are very knowledgeable with all the different drips they have . Answers any questions with easy to understand anwers that you have . Thanks

  I called Prime IV at 5:30pm with only 30 mins to get there! John answered the phone and I explained I was from Canada and was given his name by someone that used their services and I really needed his help to relieve the pain I was in. We showed up at the wrong location, called John and explained what happened and asked if he would stay and wait as I wouldn’t get there till 6:01pm. Without hesitation he said yes of course! Help with the intake over the phone to process things faster. Once I arrived the atmosphere was so nice and the customer service was top tier!!! I received the treatment needed by an amazing technician. She was kind, asked questions and listened. Wish I could bring Dr John and his staff to Canada!!! If your reading this Dr John and staff, you were exactly what I needed and I appreciate you both!!!

  Great experience. I live in another state but John was able to pull up my account quickly and set me up for an appointment at this location. Mariah is so professional and smart and did an ideal job on my iv. Really a great experience across the board. Looking forward to coming back in future travels.
