- SHSymphony HaileyMay 10, 20261.0I purchased an online order for a Valentino big bottle of perfume for Mother’s Day … in my online email it just states self pick and Sephora so me not being very familiar with the pick up at Bayshore mall I decide to stop at Sephora area and inquire about pick up I walk up to the counter to two girls one Indian looking and a Caucasian girl who are chit chatting around and not helping anyone ! After I approached them and inquire on service the look at each other and laughing and frown there faces up at me as if they are in high school and don’t no how to actually assist me and do there job ! They tell me it’s self service and I walked away with 35 dollars worth of gift bags that I needed to get rung up for because I refused to checkout there with them as it was already a not so pleasure experience but I felt like I was dealing with two kids and not a actually person looking to help I just checked out in the front and got great service . You guys need to hire more professionals maybe mature ppl to work that area not young kid girls who don’t wanna help ..js
- SBSea BeeApr 14, 20254.0Every time I come here I am treated well and the service is great! The store is always neat and clean and the team members are very professional. A couple of downsides though...The newer and younger team members are not knowledgeable about the products, makeup techniques, or current makeup looks and trends as the more seasoned team members (but... that's not a deal breaker for me because I know what does and doesn't work for me.) Plus, it is challenging for them to keep foundations and other make up for deeper skin tones in stock at this store but they will always help me find what I need at another store.
- LLLaurinJan 14, 20221.0What is the point of having a sephora gift card if I can't use it at sephora??? Sure it's in kohls but it makes zero sense that a sephora gift card can't be used here
