  I went the other day when Haley was working and she recommended me some amazing stuff for my skin, she even found me a smaller size so I can try out the moisturizer she recommended me. This stuff works like a dream I’ll be coming back for the full size as soon as this one runs out! Haley is a sweetheart and made sure I had an easy in and out experience ❤️

  I was just in to purchase 2 items and the ladies working never once acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. They were so into their own conversation that it felt like I was interrupting them when I needed to check out. What made it worst is when they charged me for 3 items when I only had 2. I went back into the store and there was no apologies besides looking at me like she wasn’t at fault. The blonde lady even looked at the counter stating where is the item? Very unprofessional behavior, poor customer service, takes no accountability for their mistakes, and worst part is they do meet Sephora’s standard in representation as well.
