Ericka’s facials are the best! I’ve been seeing her for years and my skin has never been healthier. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and provides exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Kneaded Relief Day Spa & Wellness is such a wonderful resource to have right here in our community! Whether you're looking to relax with a massage, treat yourself to a facial, get your nails done, or simply carve out a little time for some much-needed self-care, they offer so many ways to do exactly that—all in a convenient Fitchburg location. We've also really enjoyed seeing how connected Kneaded Relief is within the community. They're active and supportive on social media, an awesome member of the Fitchburg Chamber of Commerce, and clearly understand the importance of local businesses showing up for and supporting one another. We especially appreciated their willingness to contribute to our recent Community Night Out raffle basket. When we reached out to local businesses hoping to create something special for the families attending, Kneaded Relief was happy to be involved—and those gestures say a lot about the businesses behind them. We're so fortunate to have businesses like Kneaded Relief that provide wonderful services while also staying connected to and giving back to the community they serve. Definitely a local business worth checking out when you're due for a little pampering! ❤️

My sister and I had the wonderful pleasure of being pampered by Jordy and Liv. They were friendly and extremely skilled technicians. Our mani-pedis were so relaxing we feel completely rejuvenated. We highly recommend them and the beautiful environment of Kneaded Relief Day Spa!

Coming here for years, but not very often. Last time one front desk person was rude while the other was super nice. Management likely overheard but did not seem to care. Facial was amazing. Hopefully next time is better.
