  10/10!!! We loved coming here! I brought my little 5 year old to get her ears done and right from the start nurse autumn greeted us with excitement and was so sweet. Nurse autumn did her piercings and she was an absolute sweetheart to my daughter and to myself! I was nervous and she took her time made sure my daughter was calm and ready. She was patient and truly made the experience a wonderful core memory for my little girl! I will be sending all of my friends your way ROWAN! Thank you for the amazing experience!! We have two other younger daughters we will be coming back with when ready!! Also we went with the solid gold option and we have had zero issues they are healing amazing!

  This piercing was amazing! The shop was clean, and looking so cute! The piercer was friendly, and everyone in the store was really nice!

  Very weird group of women working here. Very racist behavior! I noticed the frowned faces and ignoring me as soon as I stepped in the first time but I really wanted a new piercing! They didn’t welcome me but made sure to greet everyone else that came through the door. I had to ask the front desk lady for assistance since I couldn’t get a simple “Welcome in” or “Hello”. I purchased earrings and they didn’t have any appointments for piercings “so they say” so I was told I could come back another day. I was able to make it back in 2 weeks laters 6/27/26 and was told I could not use the purchased earrings and would need to purchase more earrings. Then I was told I could use the earrings but they would need to sterilize them for an hour then I was told that’s not an option and they apologize for giving me the wrong information CONTINUOUSLY!!! I am so aggravated! These women working at this location are so incompetent! They don’t like to work!!! This is my 4th time coming in for a damn ear piercing and being told I have to pay for ear piercing changes on weekdays although the website says it’s free. I purchased earrings from them and asked them to put them in for me and they told me I had to pay when it’s actually free per the website. Trying to charge me for things that are free and having unwelcoming behavior. It’s sad because I am also an RN and Nurse Practitioner in the state of WI! So this behavior is crazy coming from “nurses”. I wish there was other locations in WI! I’m extremely disappointed in the service! I will never return I wish I could return the earrings I purchased!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

  Tammy did a great job with my third lobe piercings! They’re a great balance between being placed symmetrically on each ear and being visually symmetrical horizontally, since ears are usually not exactly the same on both sides. I’ve used saline solution in the past to clean piercings, but the aftercare spray also works well and doesn’t burn. Looking forward to going back to get my posts shortened and shopping for more hypoallergenic jewelry!
