Rowan is all about ears. We offer a fun, celebratory and safe piercing experience for everyone. All our piercings are done by licensed nurses and all our products are hypoallergenic. When we say “Piercing for All”, we mean it. Everybody is invited to this ear party.

- KAKristin Alvarez3 days ago1.0Don't advertise you take walk ins if you do not! We drove 25 mins to get my daughter's ears pierced. When we arrived there was No one visible in the store. A employee walked out when we walked in and turned us away saying they are booked. When i acknowledged there was no one in the store, she indicated she was waiting for the next scheduled appt. We had seen there was more than one employee working there because we drove past initially when trying to find parking. Change the signage and advertisement that you take walk ins then.

I appreciate her expertise and attention to detail. While I was waiting for my appointment, I also noticed how well she and the manager Toni worked with a young child who seemed scared to get her earrings changed. Both were very calm and sweet, and did a great job getting the girl to relax, and even praised her when she was done for being so brave. Most importantly, the store is super clean, which is very important to me. I cannot recommend Rowan in Brookfield enough, as well as the amazing employees there. I know I will be back for more!
