  Chloe, the receptionist was very friendly the entire visit. Katie explained the process to me and then did my facial and crown ceremony and put me to sleep in the BEST of ways. Lilly was fantastic when it came to my massage. My husband booked this as a mother’s day weekend gift for me and I am so glad he did! I will definitely be going back!

  Very friendly and accommodating receptionist. Tanya, my therapist, was very soft spoken and a great listener! Not your cookie cutter massage here. They'll take the time to talk about your problem areas and focus on them. Lots of complimentary add-ons to pick from that I was pleasantly surprised with. They are a little more expensive than your average massage therapy but the quality and attention to detail, that was demonstrated to me, is worth the cost. Overall I felt I had a 5 star experience and was left feeling refreshed and loosened up.

  Alina is the absolute best! She is professional, personable and a true joy to be around. I highly recommend seeing her. She does an amazing job and is a beautiful soul to be around. Best service and spa ever!!!

  Lily did a fantastic job! She made me feel comfortable right away. The experience was everything I expected and more! The upper body massage and facial felt so good. The hot towels on my feet were wonderful, as was the foot massage that followed!! Lily’s pace was very relaxing-everything flowed so well. Thank you for the awesome experience.

  To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. My 60 min massage couldn’t have been over quick enough. There was communication before the massage started on why I was there, what I was looking for, and what kind of pressure I wanted. Mind you, the therapist read my chart before hand and stated a few things of what she read from the last appointment.. (I was recommended to come back for my upper back/ shoulders/ neck being tight) The pressure started extremely light.. after the therapist asked if the pressure was alright, I spoke up and said you can apply more and deeper pressure. After 10 min of nothing changing, her brushing over one of my problem areas I spoke up for the 2nd time and let her know you can push harder. Continuing with fingertip pressure another 10+ min I was getting frustrated and told her let her rip, don’t be nervous, apply pressure she again gave me an excuse about how my muscles don’t allow pressure and restrict it? Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I continued to lay there in hopes maybe the back end of my appointment she would put more effort in. Nothing came about . After the massage was done she made another excuse and told me she doesn’t do deep tissue massages. A waste of time, money, and enjoyment.
