You guys absolutely HAVE to check out this new business! It's run by some awesome women, and their services are totally worth the trip. I was so impressed with everything they offered. Seriously, make the effort to stop by; you won't regret it. It's a fantastic spot that deserves all the support!
This place is great if you're not sure what you need. The staff are super knowledgeable and really take their time to help you figure things out. They don't rush you at all, which is awesome when you're trying to make a decision. You'll definitely leave knowing exactly what treatment is best for you. Seriously, they're amazing at helping you narrow down your options.

I had a great experience at FNDN Wellness, and I can’t recommend Holly enough. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to ask what I was hoping to get out of the massage. She really listened and adjusted everything to what my body needed instead of just giving a standard massage. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people feel better, and I walked out feeling much more relaxed and noticeably less tense. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
I've had plenty of traditional facials before, but getting a HydraFacial was a complete game changer. I didn't realize how much of a difference it would make until I experienced it myself. My skin felt incredibly clean, hydrated, and refreshed, and I noticed an immediate glow afterward. What made the experience even better was the amazing staff—they were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time while explaining everything they were doing. It was one of the best skincare experiences I've had, and I can't recommend it enough.
It’s my favorite spa to relax and have take care of my personal maintenance, personal are really professional and kind.
I’m highly recommend it!
Let me start off by saying that I have never written a bad review for anyone-my belief is that you do not negatively impact someone else's livelihood with a negative review. But this customer service experience from the owner was beyond bad. I scheduled a lymphatic drainage massage online for Sunday. I showed up and while I was outside parked in my car, I received an automated email rescheduling my massage to the next day. I walked in and said "it seems like my appointment was inadvertently changed automatically, I think there was an error in the system." The woman behind the desk said, "no, we had to change that because our massage therapist isn't in today and we have a new system that we are learning. I couldn't call you because we were just really busy this morning." I giggled and said "no problem, see you tomorrow." Note, there was no apology for the error. I left thinking, that's weird that they couldn't call me because they were so busy. Why would you wait to the last minute to change an appointment so the person gets ready and drives all the way there? But, I did not say anything. Then, I get ready for the appointment today and literally 30 min before the appointment as I was leaving the house I get another message asking to change my appointment to a deep tissue massage and facial because the person they booked me with doesn't do lymphatic drainage. I called and said, "Hi, I have an appointment at 12:45 but I just received a message requesting to change my appointment to a different type of massage after you just rescheduled me with her yesterday? She repeated the message that I received via phone that they'd like to provide me a different type of massage. I said I understood, but I drove all the way there yesterday just to have the massage cancelled and then you rebooked me with someone who doesn't even offer that type of massage. She said she did not like my tone. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the owner. Then she went on to lie and said that I came in yelling at people yesterday. That was not me. It must have been someone else upset about their customer service problems. All I would have wanted was a quick apology, something like "I'm sorry, how can I make this better for you." As the owner, it is her responsibility to make every experience a good customer service experience; instead, she doubled down on a lie-I was extremely pleasant yesterday even after driving all the way there just to get turned away. Did I have a negative tone to my voice today, "yes", with good reason. I expected an apology. I work. I have 3 kids. The massage was something I really needed for medical reasons. My advice: work out the bugs in your system and recognize you have a system problem and a apologize to people instead of getting upset with them as though it is their fault. Respect goes both ways. Respect your customer's time and patience and they will show you respect in return.
Note, I just read the response from the owner and I’d like to say two things: 1) that is terrible that the therapist had a medical emergency. All I was told was that she was not working on Sunday and they were all learning a new system. I completely understand wanting to have kept that information private. I was rescheduled with the same therapist for the next day so I am glad she is feeling better. 2) the message I received, which I still have recorded on my phone, did not offer any service free of charge. If that were the case I would have been over the moon for such a wonderful gesture. Again, as I said, all I wanted was an apology (or at least an apologetic tone). A free massage/service would have been way more than I expected (while unnecessary, no such offer was made).
