  What a hidden little gem in the neighborhood. There was so much to enjoy (our two hours flew by!) that we didn't get to the Sound Bed. I'll definitely go back specifically for that, based on the reviews. My only little disappointment was that one of us had to stay with the jacuzzi tub while it was filling up and we couldn't enjoy the other amenities in the other room while that was happening. The online reservation process was detailed and caters to individual likes, plus the check-in setup was easy along with the check-out. Truly automotated!

  There are very few places that allow you to leave the world at the door and just BE. REFRESH, REJUVENATE, RELAX- in a clean, uplifting and incredibly peaceful environment. Don't even get me started on the owners!! People who care for people are rare- this is a special place!! ❤️

  I had a great experience at Automated Wellness Center. The space feels calm and well-kept — clean, simple, and built for restoring your SELF. Everything’s in good working order, with straightforward instructions. Booking a slot was quick, check-in was seamless. The lineup of self-guided amenities — Jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam sauna, cold plunge, massage chair, and OPUS sound bed — was exactly what I needed. I walked out feeling recharged and clear-headed. If you want an efficient, no-nonsense place to recover and reset, this is it. Five stars.
