  I had a great experience at Automated Wellness Center. The space feels calm and well-kept — clean, simple, and built for restoring your SELF. Everything’s in good working order, with straightforward instructions. Booking a slot was quick, check-in was seamless. The lineup of self-guided amenities — Jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam sauna, cold plunge, massage chair, and OPUS sound bed — was exactly what I needed. I walked out feeling recharged and clear-headed. If you want an efficient, no-nonsense place to recover and reset, this is it. Five stars.

  I had a wonderful experience, I really enjoyed the sound bed it was an immersive and relaxing experience. The massage chair had many settings, tried the stretching and compression along with massage. I then finished off my time alternating between the sauna and cold plunge pool. It was a very memorable experience and I recommend it to anyone who wants to focus on self care, mindfulness and stress management. I left feeling revived, renewed and invigorated.

  The equipment is top of the line! The owners are very courteous and respectful while also exuding a warm welcoming vibe :) This place is killer! The massage chair really gets in the hard to reach areas ( Ididnt know chairs like that existed), the steam sauna is to die for! The sound bed is like nothing you have ever experienced! You take a real trip inside and out like a total staycation. The infrared sauna is so relaxing and yet somehow still energizing in a nice personally centering kinda way. Oh did I mention that everything has its own music addition so you can rock out or chillax to whatever tunes you desire? This place is awesome and you will not regret it!

  Awesome set up here! Forgot to take many pics. First of all, the owners helped me change our appointment so many times, even the day of TWICE. I am very thankful for strong communication and help! We did a 2 hour booking which was perfect, you can easily go longer which would help to actually use everything they have inside. The location is so easy to find - what a neat place for Vancouver to have! My favorite was the sauna, and my husband's was the jacuzzi that was plenty big. The shower is cool having 3 different functions - This place is definitely well layed out and well planned for. The massage gun? Awesome, was not expecting that and it helped a lot. It was both relaxing and private. Thank you guys (even for the cold spring water) and may God bless your business

  Love this place, always clean and comfortable. My favorite is the cold tub and the sauna.
