  I'm extremely disappointed with what this Sephora location has become. I visited yesterday, July 23rd, 2026, around 2:30 PM. Although I’m from Montana, I grew up in Yakima and was excited to explore this store. I've shopped at Sephora for as long as I can remember. However, my experience was entirely disappointing from beginning to end. There were two employees, who looked at me but continued stocking shelves without offering any assistance. In ten minutes, I was not once asked if I needed help—despite actually needing it. A group of 4-6 men entered, and staff immediately rushed over to them. I was stunned by the unprofessionalism and, more importantly, the lack of customer service. I don't know who owns this store, but if I were you, I'd consider a complete overhaul. Both my sister, who lives in Yakima, and I will never return to this location. If you fail to respect and take care of your loyal customers, you’ll have none. I hope this issue is addressed, as from other reviews, this location might be struggling for survival.

  I liked this sephora but NOT anymore the worker WAS so rude me and my friend were shopping and she came up to us while we were shopping and was just staring at us right in front of your face literally just staring while we were shopping and when we said something she just kept looking at us and told my friend you can go.. like what she was so weird and was being so rude like we were just shopping and minding our own business… super unprofessional sad to see a grown woman be rude to her costumers.. its like if she thinks she was above us or something 💀

  Did a google search that said Sephora sold a beauty product I was looking for as a gift. When I got to the “store” it was tiny and located inside of a Kohl’s. I asked an associate if they carried what I was looking for. She looked at me like I was speaking another language so she asked a coworker if they carried it while helping someone else. The coworker said they didn’t carry it and blurted out “You should Google it”. No one even bothered to look in the computer to actually confirm whether they did or did not have it.
