I’ve been to this store multiple times, but I’ve never received the kind of help I did from Jazelene. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and went above and beyond when I asked for assistance. While their makeup selection is a bit limited, it’s still a great spot for a quick visit

To my surprise, when I got home, I found an eyeliner instead. When I called the store, they blamed me for not checking at the counter and refused to exchange or refund, citing their 'all sales final' policy. If their staff (Barbara F in this case) can't ensure accuracy, they should implement controls to verify items with the customer before checkout. Worst customer service – forcing unwanted products on customers is unacceptable. Very disappointing!
