- ARAngelica Rose2 days ago5.0I’ve always loved this location. They usually have more products in stock than the others in the area and the staff is knowledgable and super friendly. I recently was able to do a Lush party (sign up for the rewards if you haven’t already!!), and I was really impressed with it! My group was primarily adults, but it was fun for all ages. Gavin, our party coordinator, was fantastic! He let us and our energy kinda lead the way while still being great at providing us direction. We had a neurodivergent group member that became a little overwhelmed at one point, but Gavin saved the day and brought her noise-cancelling headphones. She was back to having fun in no time! What a wonderful way to include all our guests. I was so impressed with this! Lush really does walk the walk, or at least the Southcenter one does. Thank you for everything and I’ll see you all soon!!

I have been a customer at this location for a long time, but today was the worst experience,that lady very rude very poor customer service she ignored me when I ask for help she didn’t respond. Is she’s not happy she should go somewhere. I ended up leaving without purchasing the gift. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Customers support businesses, and good customer service is extremely important. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated today and sadly I will not be returning to this location. Terrible customer service
