  They’re just freaking weird . There’s no way I pay $130 service for a blowout and deep conditioning that look like this. I hate to overshare how I do my hair at home but these are certified stylists charging 80-100 dollars for a two process that is done at the salon under 45 minutes

  Got hair cut and gray hair coverage dye by Nahid. She did an amazing job and was so professional. Service and hospitality were totally enjoyable. Definitely going back to her and recommend her to my friends and family.

  Sadie is a wonderful stylist! She listened to what I wanted my hair to look like and she walked me through what she would do and double checked with me that I would be happy with it and I Am! I love my hair

  First off, I want to say Sarah seemed like a great person & although I asked for a completely different color- not her fault. Someone else started the process. The problem is that the next day, my head was more itchy than I’ve ever experienced in my life, then the next morning, I woke up with a completely soaked head and pillow. I had (still have) blisters all over my scalp- mostly in the back. The blisters popped and have been draining for 4 days now & I’m in complete misery. My draining blisters soak through paper towels, a folded bath towel & my pillow within an hour & I have to wash & replace everything. The rash & blisters have spread to my forehead and ears & now my lips are burning (along with my eyebrows that were tinted). So, this happened on Wednesday, 01/27/21 & now it’s 01/31/21. Sarah hasn’t been at work (she told me she’d be back today, but I know she just had a baby, so of course things come up). I’ve been calling and leaving messages for the manager and she isn’t calling me back. I feel like they’re dodging my calls. Has this happened before? No strand tests... I should have known better. I’ve been coloring my hair for almost 30 years & this is the first time I’ve had chemical burn and/or allergic reaction to hair dye. I just want to know what kind of dye they use so I don’t let anyone use it on me in the future. Also, this is kind of odd. I put the $215 on my mom’s JC Penney credit card & they wanted my mom’s social security number. They kept saying they needed her complete ssn entered into the system. I said no. My mom was on the phone with me & she told them no way. She said she’d give them the last 4, but not the whole thing (smart mom). They have that info already, so there’s no reason on earth why they’d need it. Then they asked for mine, as I’m on her account. Me, being stupid & anxious, entered my ssn in their system. It didn’t work, because my mom didn’t give it to them. Eventually, the manager sighed and put my mom’s account number in the computer and it worked. Why wouldn’t the team just do that in the first place? Why were they so insistent on having her ssn? Nothing here is adding up. I would never go back here again. If Sarah worked at another salon, I’d probably see her (maybe she was just hosing me too, who knows). But the rest of the place can go bankrupt. I can’t believe any of this happened. I hate confrontation, but this is crazy & I need help. I might have serious burns & may go to the hospital if my lips swell up any more than they are.
