  I came in for a PBO keratin curl treatment with Valencia. She was awful and charged more for being a "master stylist" I paid $155 for the service plus a tip. In the beginning she asked what i was hoping to achieve i told her i just wanted to eliminate frizz and enhance the curl. I was there from 12pm until 3:40. She used the wrong product and chemically straightened my hair. She left the product in my hair and told me to go home and rinse the product out and apply any mask and leave it on for 10 minutes and not wash my hair for the next 3 days. When I washed my hair it was a little curly on the very top section of my head but the rest is mostly a wavy straight that absolutely looks stupid... I called to let the manager know and she had me come back the following week so Abraham could fix it. Abraham was very nice and tried but there really isn't much improvement... i normally have a beautiful curl pattern so I am pretty devastated.... first picture is my normal curl pattern the others are results from this visit and the visit with Abraham. Valencia should not be doing hair...

  Shockingly bad customer service and somehow the haircuts are even worse. After the cut for my son— which took no more than 3-4 minutes, I expressed dissatisfaction that it was just a few snips across the bottom. No wash, no conditioning or anything. Just brush brush snip snip done. The hairstylist told the others they offered a wash and we declined. When I objected they called me a liar and said it wasn’t part of the service anyway. When I showed them the service I booked that included those things, they said the app and website are wrong or I photoshopped the picture (WOW). I was also scheduled for a cut and a $300 balayage color service but I did NOT trust them to do something so permanent after the hideous haircut, lying, and just completely failing to deliver a decent service. I cancelled my cut and color. I was promised the manager would call me the following day but they unsurprisingly did not.

  I won’t ever be going back to this salon.Im really upset. Melody should not call herself a master stylist let’s start there. This was my 2nd time getting my hair done by Melody. I was told she specializes in mixed race hair and had been doing my type of hair for many years. Our first time last October I came in to get a wash, silk press and trim. I was charged $155 and my hair was curly the very next day. It took her about 30 minutes 40 to flat iron my hair. I have alot of hair and it’s thick. My roots were still wavy and for that amount of money, my hair should last about 5 days with wrapping it at night.It was not a silk press. She parted my sections way too big when a real stylist knows in order to get the curly wavy roots out , you flat iron in small sections. Anyways, I just returned there 3 weeks ago to just get a trim because she did great on that part the first time. It’s hard to find a stylist who won’t cut off all your hair so I thought I could trust her. Recently this time. ,I was polite to her even though I knew she did a half ass job last time and showed her how much my hair grew.We agreed it was just a trim. Do you know she cut like 3 to 4 inches off the length of my hair that I grew from last October.It probably was 5 not exaggerating.It was so long and pretty and its back where it I started . I’m so disappointed and upset because my hair hasn’t been that long since I was a teenager and her attitude was stank. She said she didn’t feel well from her sinuses and allergies. Don’t do someone’s hair if you can’t hold your emotions back from doing a poor job! but I think it was intentional. One side my right side has one layers in the front on the side. My left side is completely even across. I realized my hair was uneven so I asked her to fix it cause she was sending me away like it she couldn’t tell when it was easy to notice. She messed it up more by making the side I asked her to fix, now shorter than the other side. My split ends where not that bad at all. My hair was healthy and she messed it up. To me it seemed intentional and this is what some hair stylist do when you don’t come back to them for the same service or if they haven’t seen you in awhile.I only wanted a trim so I came with my hair flat iron better than what she did. I did it myself. She really messed my hair up and that was wrong. Now I have to wait another 9 to 10 months to get it long like that again. Made excuses to why my right side had a short spot that just appeared there after she cut it . That’s what she did. She gave me a hair cut, not a trim. Didn’t ask me if I wanted a inch , 2 inches off.Nothing. Didn’t check to see if she was doing to much or to little. Just turned me away from the mirror and started cutting away. I’m pissed. It has to grow out before I can fix it. She did it on purpose. She had an attitude the whole time. Totally different than when I first met her. Spent $45 plus a 10 dollar tip for her to trash my hair. Watch her!

  They’re just freaking weird . There’s no way I pay $130 service for a blowout and deep conditioning that look like this. I hate to overshare how I do my hair at home but these are certified stylists charging 80-100 dollars for a two process that is done at the salon under 45 minutes

  Got hair cut and gray hair coverage dye by Nahid. She did an amazing job and was so professional. Service and hospitality were totally enjoyable. Definitely going back to her and recommend her to my friends and family.
