- MSMeaghan SmithJul 2, 20265.0Went into the Lush at the tacoma mall just killing some time on Monday 6/30 We had the pleasure of spending time with Logan. Logan is a huge asset to this company. They were kind and personable and spent probably half an hour going over ingredients, company mission and vision, showed me products for my hair concerns, demo'ed a bath bomb for my kiddo, and just gave us an overall wonderful experience for our first time in a Lush. Didn't pressure us to buy more, though I will be getting more, their recommendations were spot on and the products we bought were spectacular. But seriously, Lush management, go give Logan some, preferably financial, Kudos. They have memorized every detail about Lush that makes it great. it is clear Logan loves their job. They helped me get signed up for the rewards program and I am placing more orders based on their recommendations and my experience with them as a person in my visit. They love Lush, Lush should love them back.

When cashing out the sweet girl gave us a free back to the future bath bomb which reminded me of my other aunt who raised me and loved back to the future (she passed a less than 3 years ago). I began crying by but you literally made my night even though it didn’t seem like it, thank you.
