The stylist we got was Ethan and he was amazing, took his time and asked questions on exactly what I wanted and asked her to. We will be coming back again
- KRKaeli RollinsAug 18, 20262.0I scheduled an appointment a week an advance for a standard wash, cut, and style with Leah for today - I've had great experiences with her in the past. As I'm driving to my appointment, I get a call 12 minutes beforehand saying Leah called out sick - understandable - and asking if I would be willing to reschedule for 2 and a half hours later with Julia. I reluctantly agreed despite having to move some plans around. I arrive at the scheduled time, and I'm looked at strangely by 3 different stylists. It turns out that my old appointment was deleted, and no one rescheduled it in their system OR bothered to check if Julia had an opening. Julia was very apologetic because she had no idea that this even happened. I expressed my frustration (not at Julia, but at the situation), and left, because my time had been wasted. As I was walking away, several of the stylists were laughing. TLDR - Some stylists are great, others severely lack professionalism and attention to detail. Look elsewhere.
