- DNDanielle NishiyamaMay 8, 20261.0As a salon owner and industry professional, I believe customer service and professionalism are everything — especially in a business that serves licensed stylists and luxury salon environments. Unfortunately, my experiences with this location have consistently fallen short of the level of service expected in our industry. Interactions with staff have often felt passive aggressive, dismissive, and low-effort rather than welcoming, solution-oriented, or supportive. Communication lacks professionalism, and there seems to be a disconnect between the level of customer care expected by salon professionals and the service currently being provided. What’s most disappointing is that supply houses are meant to be partners to the salon community. Stylists and salon owners rely on these businesses not only for products, but for education, support, and a positive professional relationship. Instead, this location often leaves customers feeling like an inconvenience rather than valued clients. This review is not written out of one isolated interaction, but from repeated experiences that suggest a deeper need for leadership development, customer service training, and stronger team culture within this location. I genuinely hope management takes the feedback seriously, because Spokane’s salon community deserves a more professional and elevated experience.

Why didn’t you ask if we were liscensed when we walked in?? Terrible service made us put everything back, selection was terrible anyway and prices were idiotic. I can just go on Amazon and buy everything they have for way better and not be denied service. Horrible business sceme .

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
