  My trip to Sephora on Tuesday 8/26 was so lovely, thanks to Bri(Brianna)! ✨️ ✨️ ✨️ She seriously was so incredibly helpful, kind, she took so much time to answer any and all questions that I had ( and I had a LOT) and she was so sweet about getting me my moisturizer samples! I wish everyone was like her- she had the patience of a saint throughout all my ADHD chit-chattering and questions, and she didn't at all make me feel like a burden for asking things, like some customer service employees I've had experiences with in the past have. If I may put this opinion out there, she absolutely deserves a raise 🙌 Or a promotion! 💫 🌟 She is absolutely an asset for Sephora, and she is doing WORK for the company, haha! 🤣 Bri provided a human interaction that actually made my day better. Most experiences I have with customer service employees or people out in the world leave me feeling neutral or like I am a burden. One small conversation can affect my mood greatly, as I am really sensitive and take things to heart easily. However- Bri made me leave feeling very welcomed, and it made me want to come back and shop exclusively at that Sephora! Thank you so much for being so kind, so knowledgeable, and so excellent at your job Bri- and thank you for making me feel like a person. 💕 🤗 🌸 10 stars!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  Brianna and her staff are just rude. You ask the employees for recommendations and they state “their” favorites. Their “favorites” are based off price and not by their customers skin type or color. Employees don’t ware name tags because they know they will be reported. Lack of professionalism. They say “on my name is” when they assist you yet, they choose not to share it when they know you did not like their service. Overall, I would not come to this Sephora.

  Cashier lady a African American lady tone Stared at my while I was in line when I got up to the cashier today and while I walked up she stared at me and wasn’t kind at all at the register and was being fatphobic twords me as well I am African American myself and very rude twords me don’t recommend this place anymore stay away from here

  I had my small and very active son in tow, who desperately needed a nap. Came in to find a “my daughters hair is a mess please help me fine a solution” and was helped by a gentleman whom I didn’t catch his name but deserves to be remembered (dark hair, brown eyes, well groomed beard). Please forgive me for having to resort to this description alone. Gentle, listened, very helpful with my child, very informative. I left knowing how to care for my daughter’s hair. For this I am thankful. May this find you with a smile.
