  Maybe my expectations are off put I don't expect to pay $160+ for my 9 year old's hair and walk out with it wet. We paid for a partial highlight, opalex mask and an add on students haircut. I would assume that the highlight and mask would include a blow dry but when I asked Riley if she could finish the blowdry she said that the student cut only included a rough dry, but did the other $150 of services not include a blow dry? If not, it would have been nice to mention it when I talked about enjoying a nice blowdry till the next time we had to wash it. Then Riley also refused to take the new customer coupon that was offered on tbe website because of the student cut special, but again, the other $150 of services? I expected to pay $200 (w tip) for a special back to school treat but I can't even really comment on the cut and color till I finish blow drying it and I can even see the end result. Edit: It is dry and the highlights are lovely but the length is still an inverted U from her last bob, which is what I brought her in to fix, ha. What a disaster. Edit 2: to show where the 'stack' is still visible. I had asked for the length to be brought up enough to make it even but you can clearly see the front bits are still longer and the remnants of the layered stack is still there, which means she still can't wear her hair down and straight until I get her another haircut.

  Amber was so nice and took her time with my hair! She asked lots of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I’m so happy with how my highlights turned out. She was super attentive and made the whole experience great. I definitely recommend her!

  My daughter went in she's 16, shy with her her desire for a balayage. However the estimate came out way over her budget. So Rylie her stylist showed her a photo with brighter blonde highlights and said she'd do that, for $189. That's fine... So she went to work... My daughter came home with ash blonde highlights and it barely can be seen in the cap of her hair. My daughter is upset, but didn't want to make an issue about it cause her stylist was so silent and not talking with her.

  Amber was amazing! She was so patient with me! She did a full highlight and did an amazing job! I had long and very thick hair so it took awhile. Her patience and kindness was awesome! I found my new hair stylist 😊 I highly recommend Amber!
