- AAAndreaNov 30, 20251.0I had the absolute worst spa experience here. Mediocre massage (jerky movements and not good level of pressure even when communicated), broken amenities (handles broken off doors and mold in the bathroom/changing areas as well as filthy), and to top it off the front desk attendant was rude and tried to charge me for services I did not receive. I left this place feeling more stressed then when I arrived due to the awful customer service! Absolutely not a "luxury" spa experience. Recommend to avoid this place!
