  Came in for a walk in appointment to get my midi done and Carmen was fantastic! She was super helpful and patient. She was very thorough in her instructions and walking through the process. If you come here and get Carmen she is a treat to work with!

  I got three piercings from Jade and she was AMAZING. I was told before that she is a gentle piercer and I was like that’s not possible she will punch holes into my ears there is nothing gentle about that but I was so wrong. I felt really taken care of and I love my new piercings :)

  Unfortunately i got a defective earring that would pull apart easily, and they wont honor their warranty unless you got your piercing there too. This is the second 14k gold earring i bought from them that was defective. Im not sure about their non 14k gold earrings, but i think their 14k gold is just too soft. Sadly they’re also pricy, which makes it extra annoying that they don’t honor the warranty. I don’t recommend buying jewelry there if you are just changing it out, because they do not stand by their products. It’s a shame because they have cute earrings, but its not worth it if they will not honor their warranty for defective products.

  After having a wonderful experience at a Studs location while out of town I was excited to return and enjoy the same experience as last time. Unfortunately it was the complete opposite experience. My friend had booked an appointment for me, her, and my sister. Upon arrival we were greeted by a staff member who was very rude. What I had enjoyed about the previous experience was the friendly environment and the expertise of the employees. I also liked that they give you a free personalized consultation about placements for piercings and styling tips. This time there was none of that. The employee who checked us in asked "so what piercing are you wanting?". We responded by saying we didn't know and were hoping to be advised on what would look good and what our options would be based on our ears anatomy. He responded by staying quiet and seemed annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted. One of the piercers stepped in offering to help. All three of us came with the idea of potentially getting up to four piercings in a session. When the employee looked at my ear his immediate response was "you are pretty full and don't have much room" and seemed irritated by this. I was confused by this response because I follow this brand and have followed this brand because of the fact that they specialize in ears and people who want lots of piercings on their ears. I felt judged and unwelcome by his response. I nonchalantly mentioned that I had recently gotten pierced by them six weeks ago and as soon as this was stated the man said I couldn't be pierced. He said there is a 8 week policy between piercings. This information had not been relayed to me at my prior appointment. It also is not stated on the website that it's a policy. The policy states that if the swelling is down and no longer hurts you can get another piercing. The piercer at this location told me my newer piercings looked good. This made it even more confusing as to why I couldn't be pierced. I was very upset especially since there was no evidence of this being a policy. It was mostly upsetting because of how rude the employee was about it. I stayed at the location only to give support to my friends who were still getting piercings. I noticed that one of the piercers was extremely rude to my friend up until she realized my friend was getting four piercings with the most expensive jewelry you offer. Her demeanor immediately changed from being cold and abrasive to overly bubbly and friendly. At this point it was too late to recover the experience we already were having. I will never return to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone. This type of customer service is totally unacceptable.
