- TLTony LupinoJun 9, 20261.0There is no menu on their website, no way to book an appointment online. I called the spa and no one answered and no voicemail. I naturally assumed the spa was no longer in operation. I decided to give it one more shot so I called the next day. Someone answered but not terribly knowledgeable about the services. I asked if I could make an appointment she asked if she could put me on a brief hold.8 minutes later I was still on hold. They either need to exit the business or totally overhaul it. Right now it’s a joke!
- SHSylvia HysongMay 29, 20263.0Fine, but overpriced. I paid $50 for a basic manicure that most other places would charge absolutely no more than $35 for. The manicure included basic nail shaping, cuticle trimming, and lotion, and polish. The most basic manicure you can get short of a polish change. The shape was nice, however, the nail tech stopped the polish just short of the cuticle rather than covering the entire nail bed, which to me feels like poor technique. The only thing that the $50 manicure buys, you is exclusivity (not really even privacy). If what you care about is the quality of the manicure at a reasonable price, go elsewhere.

- JRJenny RussoFeb 25, 20265.0I cannot say enough about Alec at Nordstrom Spa, Seattle. As a lifetime Nordstrom shopper and Icon member, I recently started going to get massages at the spa. Hidden up on the 5th floor the front desk staff is always incredibly welcoming and helpful. Alec is one of the best masseuses I have ever had a massage from. Attentive, kind, funny and has an overall amazing understanding of massage therapy. Seriously - book now.
- SSSydnieFeb 20, 20265.0I had an amazing HydraFacial today at Nordstrom with Hunter. She is super chill, has great energy, knows what she’s doing, and isn’t trying to sell you a bunch of products. Just a really relaxing, lovely experience. I will definitely be seeing her again.
